RE: For the D2 Series LED triproof light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q3: Can I buy the luminaire housing only?
RE: We normally sell the entire luminaire.
Q4: What is your production time?
RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.
Q5: Can you do DIAlux Simulation?
RE: We have professional DIAlux team to support you, please send us your demand and parameters of your applications, we'll work out best solutions for you, IES files also can be downloaded on our Website or inquire us to send.
Q6: What’s your shipping method ?
RE: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT or Shipping by Air,by train(for Europe) or by sea for option.
Q7: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.
